Cy Chavez's Night-Personal Narrative

It was the summer of 1974. A night that was filled with occasional rains and big storm clouds, you could taste the humidity in the air. Cy Chavez was working his nights at the cemetery with a friend from work. They were walking around the cemetery making sure everything was where it was supposed to be and making sure that there was no one in the cemetery messing around. They didn’t see anyone but they did see something. That something they saw, they will never know what it was, or what it was doing there that night.
That night they saw lights in the sky. They saw these crazy, weird, abnormal lights. Later in the future they will say they are “indescribable”. In their lives they will never understand what they are, they will never be able to tell people what they truly saw last night. In 2018 his favorite grandchild, Nevaeh, will ask him what happened that night. He told her that he didn't know how to explain it. He told her that what he saw that night was indescribable and that he would never in his life be able to tell someone or to tell anyone what it was. He told her that she was scared that he didn't know what was going on. He told her that those lights could have killed him.

It almost made it feel like she was there. The words he used made her shiver in her seat. The way his eyes looked, you can see the fear in them.
