Q9. Describe ways to ensure that day to day activities support the development of children and young people

Children do not learn from nothing by themselves, they have to see different behaviour models to copy it or learn by adult.
Children learn when they are with family members and with other children, when they have fun.
Games and activities that interest children are used to support the development of communication, problem solving, motor skills, etc.
If the children are motivating they will do it and enjoy it so we can see the positive development.
For stance to support speech, language and communication, sing songs with children and let them sing along with you. After time they will sing it by them self.

Illness or bereavement, a series illness or death for family/carer member or close friend.

Moving home / care service, when moving from house to house, from city to city, from country to country and moving from child care service to adult care service.
Changes to family members, when new sibling is coming, parents get divorced, new step father or mother.
