Dan Reynolds was born on 14th of July, 1987, in Las Vegas, NV. His parents are Christine and Ronald Reynolds. He has 8 brothers and he’s the seventh. The family is Mórmon and raised those children in this religion. He grew up listening to singers like Elton John, Cat stevens and Harry Nilsson. His brothers used to make fun of him when he sang, but this didn’t stop him of going behind his dreams, so he stole his older brother microphone( his name was mac and was a manager of a band) and started to record some songs of his own creation. When he was next to 12 years old he learned to play the drums, and after that his love for the percussion while singing began.
