Major. I feel I am most capable for this position because I am very responsible and I am a hard worker. I'm a friendly person, but I know how to stay on task and take care of business when it is important.
2. Name your biggest complaint as a line member. How would you help solve this problem as an officer?
Coming to dance almost felt as though it was a punishment this year. Many of the girls would agree that they weren't happy coming to dance. The team should be a safe zone where you can be yourself and enjoy being there. Of course, there needs to be things getting done, but we should also be happy doing it. Some of the officers were just passive aggressive towards us and wouldn't let us have any say on what's going on. For example, sometimes the officers …show more content…
She is a good student in class and gets good grades to prove it. She is involved in school activities and represents the dance team in a good way. Her strengths would be being able to lead and teach well. Some of the officers this year were lacking on being able to teach. An officer should be patient with the dancers because there are so many dancers and they're all at different levels.
