He is considered one of the greatest comedians to ever do it. He introduced the world to one of the greatest sketch comedy shows ever. He gave America the stoner classic “Half Baked”. His name is Dave Chappelle. Dave gave the world the amazing sketch comedy show the “ Chappelle Show”. He has been considered the greatest stand up comedians by some the greats in his profession. Even with all his fame and money he never changed to gain more. He was willing to end the “Chappelle Show” to maintain his happiness. Dave had to opportunity to amass a fortune of 50 million dollars just by doing only five seasons of the Chappelle Show. Only five seasons they didn’t even have to be funny any more he only had to produce only five seasons and he would have gained that 50 million. He only did two because he felt the show wasn’t how he liked it. He was missing time with his family. Also he began to feel people were laughing at him instead with him. He left during mid- production of season three doing so he voided the contract he had with Comedy Central. He instead took a trip to South Africa. It's crazy what that show did to the comedy community. His co-comedians that would appear on the show with they gained the same fan base as the
