Imagine a man who survived out in the forest for 2 years. You would think this man would be a typical hunter who loves the outdoors and would be an promoter of violence. However this man, Henry David Thoreau, was not a promoter of violence. I mean other than accidentally burning down 300 acres of forest, he was a pretty peaceful guy. He would agree with people like MLK or Gandhi. However, we are gonna go back in time to the beginnings of the United States; The Boston Tea Party. The Boston Tea Party was a raid that happened on December 16. 1773. It was the act of the colonists dressing as Indians and overthrowing tea over the british ships. I agree with this act, however Henry David Thoreau wouldn’t agree. I agree with this act of protest
