I think that english factories were bad. The working conditions were awful. The health of workers were not very good. They were not treated very well. They got hit with sticks and were punished very badly. One reason factories were bad is there was nothing for safety. They were often hurt by the machines. In document A it states “in many instances the muscle and skin was stripped to the bone.” This shows that they were in a very dangerous situation and got hurt many times. Another reason they were bad is they were not very clean and it was hard to breath.
