Throughout history, Islam was one of the most unique and influential religions. Islam means submission to the will of God and obedience to his law in Arabic. When the prophet Muhammad received 2 years of words from Allah in the Hira mountains, he spread his words and teachings to the public and that became Islam. His recitations and life is written in the Quran. Islam spread so quickly because of conquest, trade, and values/beliefs.
