The declaration of independence was made to show how America needs to work. Also, that everyone is made equal. It states how slavery should be abolished and not be in America. In document A it states how there is the pursuit of happiness. The rights are secured by amongst the men. In document B it says that slavery is miserable for the father of mankind. Which is saying it goes against America's rights and freedom. The nation also gets its money by taxation. Which is good to bring in money to the government so things can be built on from their. The American Constitution sets the base of America's laws and the fundamentals of the way people should work and grow the economy. Its also, a formal document that has been around for a very long time and people have followed from the beginning. It also creates the three branches of government which are legislative, and executive. They all have there own purpose. Weather it be checks and balances or just keeping things running.
