Why We Fantasize
When we fantasize, we are imagining situations that are outside of our reality, but describe certain desires and wants you might have, be it, consciously or unconsciously. Fantasies tend to exemplify or show things that are far beyond what you might be able to acquire in reality, things that are highly unlikely and sometimes unattainable. A sexual Fantasy, by definition according to the medical dictionary is a “Private mental imagery associated with explicitly erotic feelings, accompanied by physiologic response to sexual arousal.” Sexual fantasies are experienced from puberty on, and by both genders. These fantasies can range from romantic, or even dangerous.
