Afeni Shakur, his mother, was a Black Panther. In the 60’s -70’s, the Black Panthers were a radical group fighting for the rights of black people. Sadly 2pac died six days later. In his final days, his girlfriend, Kidada, daughter of Quincy Jones, and his mother were with him. He died September 13, 1996. He had no kids. Tupac Shakur once said, “My mamma told me, ‘If you can't find something to live for, find something to die for.’’ Tupac had so much to live for, he was a talented artist: poet, actor, rapper.
