Mr. Depelyan confirmed the Rinker Boat Company manufactured the identification of his vessel, which is a Fiesta Vee 250 model; manufactured in 2005. He also confirmed that the Hall Identification Number was stamped on the starboard side waterline area with HIM #: RNK775851405.

Mr. Depelyan had proof of ownership of the vessel, as he possessed a State of California Certificate of Ownership of the ship in question, which it’s HIN number

Depelyan reported made a theft report with the LAPD under LAPD case number 180424004491. Within the police report, the Insured indicated that these individual items had not been reported individually to the LAPD as he had only reported the bulk of the loss of $3800, which also included the sterndrive and the several items reported stolen.

Mr. Depelyan was informed that he should follow up with LAPD and submit that these individual items which he had provided to Geico with the receipts if any, to correspond to the individual items that have been stolen. He was told to do this as soon as possible.

He confirmed that most of the stolen equipment on the boat that was taken were identified as fishing equipment such as a fishing rod and other fish in the claimant such as fishing reels and rods.
