Philosophy is self-sufficient, self-dependent
It encompasses all sciences - which in turn encompasses all Mathematics.
Out of all sciences, Mathematics provides sure, indubitable knowledge.

There is additivity in the condition stipulated -> 1+1 = 2

Descartes believed:
