The primary stakeholders for this topic are the Hispanic/Latinos and the health condition is about Diabetes. Diabetes is the leading cause of death and disability in the United States. Total health care and related cost for the treatment of diabetes runs about $174 billion annually. (National Diabetes Education Program, 2009). Almost two million Hispanic/Latino American adults have diabetes and one in three is not even aware of the condition. It is reported that two thirds of the Hispanic/Latinos had greater risk of developing Diabetes than Non-Hispanic white adults. This condition is the leading cause of lower leg amputation, blindness, chronic, irreversible kidney disease
