 Signs and symptoms
 Frequent urination- (every ten minute)
 Excessive thirst
 Increased hunger
 Weight loss
 Tiredness- (even after waking up)
 Lack of interest and concentration
 A tingling sensation or numbness in the hands or feet
 Blurred vision

Type II Diabetes

 Knowing your limit
 Routine visit with your primary care physician
 Daily activities rather indoor or outdoor
 Prepare your meals for work instead of ordering out

Controlling diabetes can be simple as execrising, meal planning and routine visit with your primary care physician. Preventing diabetes know your family history, calorie counting and watching carb intake

 Diabetes causes hyperglycemia which is known as high blood sugar, if uncontrolled it can lead to coma and death.

Obesity can cause some condition we may already suffer with like
 High blood pressure
 Heart disease and stroke
 High cholesterol
 Joint problems caused by extra weight
 Trouble breathing, sleep apnea which you briefly stop breathing while sleep
 Gallstones

The term “diabetic heart disease” refers to heart disease that develops in people who suffer with diabetes risk factors are
 High risk for heart disease
 Having additional causes of heart disease
 May develop heart disease at a young age
 May have more severe heart
