The diagnosis stage, stage two, will be the most challenging for me to master. The first reason it will be a challenge is that I am fearful of not being able to diagnose the problem. I am afraid of not gathering the correct information. If I do not gather the right information, it will be difficult to analyze the data in order to identify the problem. The second reason it will be a challenge in having to generate interventions. I have never been good at brainstorming and coming up with ideas to solve a problem involves brainstorming. Therefore, because of fear of failing to diagnosis the problem correctly stage two is challenging for me.
