Although I see Crime Control and Due Process to be equally importation, there are laws in place to make sure due process is handled correctly. Law Enforcement Officers are trained to ensure someone won’t have to be released on a technicality and if they are criminals don’t act just once. Once the right time has come they will get what they rightfully deserve.
Crime Control is also important, but the due process model focuses on the rights of all citizens which should be the number one priority to all law enforcement officials. After due process that everyone is entitled to then justice will be served to whoever committed whatever crime.
