In starting this discussion board, I went back over ever discussion board, short paper, module overview and even skimmed over the textbook. In all honesty, I cannot pinpoint one technique or concept that sticks out more than another, everything I have learned will help me in one way or another. Everything this course encompassed was research; how to research your legal issue (primary and secondary resources), how to research if you have a good law (Shepardizing), and how to put the research to use (memorandums).
