I will explain in my paper what kinds of domestic violence, there are who it affects, and the statistics that have been studied as a result of this horrible action. There are four different types of domestic violence that a person can endure. Each one of these violences can have an extreme effect to an individual. We were taught when we were younger to try be compatible with every person, but not everyone adheres to that. A few people feel it necessary to crush others, this type of abuse can affect men, women and children. The severity of violence can vary depending on the person who dishing out what they believe is the punishment. The who people are doing these actions are considered monsters. Even a little cruelty can eventually diminish an individual self-worth down to nothing. It is implied that when a person talks down to another individual, that it is easier to believe than a person who gives you compliments. People end up staying in emotional relationships for many of the reasons. Here are some of the reasons, due to thinking their partners can change, not having enough emotional support, and perceiving helpless and trapped partially due to lack of finances to get away. (Sudbury, Wayland, and Lincoln 2008) In fact, there is not much data based on emotional violence since it is not reported by a greater number of people.
