Mericula aka Rain's mother (Cassie) has mental issues. Cassie has seen several psychologist in the past. Each one stated that: "She is fine." That is not true. Cassie is Bipolar. Cassie take better care of her dog then Rain. Rain is only three months old. Cassie is feeding Rain cow milk. Rain gets WIC (infant's formula). Cassie refused to give Rain her formula. Cassie stated that: "The doctor told her to give her cow milk (whole milk) because she was born underweight." That is not true. The cow milk is terrible on a newborn baby's health. Rain is always crying, because her stomach is hurting from the cow milk. Cassie known that ling term effect or giving a baby cow milk. Cassie does not care. All the children has the same father (Harley). Once, Harley was born a DHS Worker did make contact with Cassie. Cassie was living with her boyfriend (Edward), and the living conditions of the home were good. Cassie was allowed to keep Rain in her care. Cassie later moved out of Edward's home and moved in with her mother (Elaine). Elaine's home had nineteen dogs in the home. All the dogs used the bathroom in the home. The dogs does not go outside. The DHS Worker (unknown) conducted a home visit on the home. The DHS Worker stated to Cassie that: "If she wants Rain in her care she and Rain can not be in the home with dogs." Cassie moved with her brother (Jeffery) in Tennesse. Jeffery allowed Cassie to used his green Nissan Titan truck to get around and to visit Kameron and Riddick. Cassie came to Mississippi to see the Kameron and Riddick for the one day visitation. However, Cassie stayed three days at Elaine's home. Cassie and her brother (unknown) got into a disagreement. Cassie left early that morning going back to Middleton, Tennesse. Cassie feels asleep behind the wheel and drove into a wooded area on the Natchez Trace. Cassie was speedy. Rain was in the back of the passenger side in her car seat.
