“We learn from failure, not from success!” This simple yet powerful quote is associated with Count Dracula from the book Dracula. It was used in a way of where Dracula is talking about how easily you can make mistakes even though it is seemingly looking like it is going to go well. Dracula looks like as if he were not to be ever defeated by a mortal, yet he was defeated. He made a fatal mistake of trusting Mina too much after only being in contact with her for a few days. He had probably instantly learned what he did wrong as it was so obvious to him, she would not give up that easily to him, yet he ignored that and kept trying, later on Mina and Renfield teamed up against him. The quote from Bram Stoker’s Dracula; it can relate to many different major world disasters. We can relate it to the Titanic, as they too made a mistake that could have prevented something that would ultimately lead to a huge downfall. No matter what, people will always learn better from mistakes than successes.
