Blue, white, pink, purple rushing colors is all I can see. I am falling, but I don't know when I will stop. Wind coursing through my hair, tangling it every foot I am descending. Floating non-stop but I am confused cause I am going down. Then it all stops. I am now staring at a black hole; I realized I am in my room. It was just a dream, I thought. But I wonder are there any other dreams than in my head? Dreams are important because it is essential to life, they allow people to hold on to their relationships and goals through times of joy and exhausting experiences. One of my example is Lennie, a character, in John Steinbeck's Of Mice and Men. He coped with his feelings through his dreams of tending the rabbits. This is important because he still holded onto his dreams, even when there was no hope and his life was hard to handle. In his eyes, tending the rabbits was an important idea for him, besides being with George.
