Disorderly Conduct: The SM was observed by resort security climbing down the balcony of his rented room, and onto the belcony of the adjacent room. The individuals that were occuping the room notified the police. Upon contact with the SM the local authorities determined that the SM was intoxicated and unaware of what balcony he was actually on. The DA 4833 states that the SM received a written letter of reprimand which was placed in his local file.

Driving Under The Influence: The MP report states that the SM was apprehended off-post for the listed offense with a suspended driver's license. Additionally, the SM refused to provide a breath sample on the preliminary breath test (PBT). There is no evidence of any actions taken at command
