The Sidiqi girls and their other colleagues are excellent at teamwork. Any time Kamila faced a challenge in the progression of her business, she asked her team for help and suggestions. The girls started receiving more orders, and they talked about increasing their order efficiency over lunch. The girls decided they would have certain people doing certain jobs, like an assembly line, and would clear more space for sewing.
