In every academic environment, students are encouraged to express their opinion using different forums. Hence the college administration sets up a student body to meet this need which depends on talents and interest of the students. In Duquesne University, one of the opinion forum popularly used is the ‘Duquesne Duke’ which is published every Thursday during school periods. “To Air is Human” the Duquesne students forum to Air out, is the Duke hence. They share experiences, educate fellow students and in this way making effort to accomplished the mission statement of the University. For the body to be health, it needs to be stressed free, eat a balance meal, drink at least two liters’ of water daily, rest and sleep well. “Petition calls for ‘healthier’ Towers food. (September 10, 2015). The Duquesne Duke writes a good number of articles concerning food and their prices. This is a clear indication that students do not want to be eating ‘Jung’ in the name of food. Healthier foods maintain physical, psychological, moral and spiritual Wellbeing. The Duke state that, “Ringerlman and her supporters want eggs and grilled chicken to be daily options for students.” The students want healthier foods but their request is chicken and eggs. Is chicken and eggs makes food healthier? If they were given beef or beans, are those not good sources of protein? The heading is meaningful but the content is abstract. Half of the Duquesne Duke is on different types of sports for example, cross country teams dominate at Duquesne Duals, Volleyball, men and women soccer and basket ball. Varity is the spice of life and so students will ultimately have a choice to which type of game will ease their stress. Surprisingly, nothing has been written about the school gymnasium where student go to shake stress off their system. Could it be that the Duke club has no one who is a fan of indoors exercise in their commute? Stress can crush students terribly, therefore, maybe ought to include more stress free options on the Duquesne Duke. The Duke does not give students this variety of sports probably because they may not be fans, hence, they may do it to stimulate students to be part of it and enjoy the fun in games. The fun will act as an agent to promote the moral well being of the
