Equal Employment Opportunity is the goal of laws that make some kind of discrimination in employment illegal. This can become real when everyone has the same chance to get a job. EEO is not a promise of employment, however under EEO law, only job related factors could be used to decide if he or she is capable of completing a job. (“EEO Terminology” “n.d.”).
