ETC Hollingsworth's performance as N25 Communications Division Leading Chief Petty has been outstanding. With foresight and deckplate leadership, he led 20 military instructors and five civilian instructors in the delivery of six courses of instruction. His expert management resulted in the successful convenes of 82 courses providing knowledge, training, and mentorship to 348 Fleet and International students. ETC's exceptional mentorship was demonstrated by the selection of his Sailors for the following achievements: Two Junior Instructors of the Year; Two Junior Sailors of the Year; Four Junior Instructors of the Quarter; One Sailor of the Quarter; Three Junior Sailors of the Quarter; Ten advancements to include three selected to Chief Petty Officer; Eight Sailors attending college classes resulting in three degrees earned; 100% of Sailors active in the community for three years; and Six Re-enlistments.

With ingenuity and resourcefulness, he led his division's efforts in utilizing leftover equipment from decommissioned ships, defense reutilization repair office, and depot level repairs culminating in a combined savings for the Navy of 1,732,696 dollars. Additionally, he reviewed 26 units, 197 test and homework questions for relevancy and accuracy. He collaborated with outside entities such as NAVIFOR, NCDOC, UARNOC, and NCTAMS to provide tours of their facilities and additional pertinent information which provided more realistic experience for future Network Security Officers and Communications
