ETC Hollingsworth's performance as N25 Communications Division Leading Chief Petty has been outstanding. With ingenuity and resourcefulness, he led his division's efforts in utilizing leftover equipment from decommissioned ships, defense reutilization repair office, and depot level repairs culminating in a combined savings for the Navy of 1,732,696 dollars.
