All I ever wanted was to be able to fly, I asked all the mythical legends. Santa, Tooth Fairy, and even the Easter Bunny. I used to watch shows like Peter Pan and if he could fly as well as the children then why couldn’t I? It all seemed possible to me when I was just yet a simple child. But now I am old enough to realise that Santa and the other legends do not exist and this makes life an abundance because my fantasies roamed the world of new ideas and wishes. Thinking Santa could bring me a puppy for Christmas when my mother pacifically said that there will be no pets inside this household with a tone so bold it frightened me. At that moment I lost hope and remained silent. My family brought me nothing but to tears with each argument I heard between my mother and father. Silence, Quietness and no-one to listen as I passed primary school. As I reached high school, my life had changed. I was determined to set goals and to forget my worries. Life with a friend who I could rely on. Someone I could trust with my life. Her name was Isabel and she was like my soul mate that lurked behind me whenever I need the support. Someone that seemed impossible to remove from my as she always could resolve an issue with her persuasion skills. Making progress through life the knowledge I learnt from school eventually gave me the happiness and achievement to have finished school. And from here my story begins of an event that a friend couldn’t help me with even a councilor couldn’t comprehend
