A complete discussion of the NMM website, survey and brief walk-through was completed with Mr. Edwin Perales, Owner of Ed Perales Construction, LLC (the Company). Mr. Edwin Perales purchased the Company in late 2014 from his father. He has committed to complete compliance with all aspects of the business since his requisition of the company.
Currently, the Company is operating with no formal written policies or procedures nor does the Company have any safety and health programs. The Company subcontracts the majority of the trades; however, due to the hazards that the Company's employees are exposed to recommendations were given to develop, implement, train and enforce the following programs with continued consultation assistance provided.
