In today’s society, it is imperative that effective communication is utilized in the workplace because it provides an essential link between the people who makes up the organization. In order for messages to be conveyed to people throughout the organization in a proper manner, one needs to know how to communicate in a manner that will not be misleading (Kelly, McGowen, & Williams, C. , 2014). I remember the last time I was in the hospital, which was very recent. I noticed how everyone communicated amongst themselves in reference to me and my illness. Although the average person wouldn’t admit that a Hospital is a Business, it truly is. It’s a major Corporation, that may vary from non-profits to for profits etc. And there are a number of chains of commands internally and externally, to ensure professionalism and that service is provided effectively. For their Customers and patients and at hand employees. I personally experience the benefits of my Nurses and Doctors first hand. Although I was the beneficiary of a lot of poking and pricking of needles, I later appreciated the aggravation they supplied. Along with each of them running test and examinations there process of eliminating certain things to diagnose me accurately, impressed me. Being as thou I had No symptoms of a person who just had a Heart Attack, it was mind blowing how they treated me with urgent care. It was almost like a drill, being as thou I
