In my eight week reflection I spoke about needing to grow in the area of transitions, correct grammar usage when speaking and being more conversational while teaching. I feel that I have achieved each goal to an extent. I do not feel that I will ever be perfect and will always have an area that needs improving, so for that reason I believe that I still need to improve in these areas some.
My transitions I feel are what have improved the most. I have worked hard with the students to practice these daily. I feel that they respect me as a teacher and know what is expected of them as well. There are days that transitions just do not work well, but for a classroom of 28 kids that can be expected.
