Culling elephants is cruel, unnecessary and an act of greed. People need to be more respectful towards elephants as earth is not only for humans, but for elephants to graze and roam freely upon. Elephants are enjoyed by many counties and should not be culled so humans can have more land.
The culling of elephants is a method to decrease their population. In South Africa, culling was banned in 1995. But not long after was reintroduced as there appeared to be an explosion of elephants. Culling is now accepted as method to decrease the numbers of elephants. I do not agree with this because elephants are the last largest land animal on earth and should be cared for. Personally, I think culling should be banned and other alternatives such as migration
