After gathering research and reading this weeks material I have used resources available and the Internet to define the following terms:

Email Client- represents a computer program that is commonly used to manage user email this term can also refer to any system capable of accessing the users email accounts.

Distribution List -represents term used for function of email client program where a list of email addresses is used to email everyone of the list at the same time.

Reply All: -Represents the function that permits users to reply to all senders of the original message.

C.C.- (Carbon Copy) Refers to the sending of a copy of the message to secondary recipients Electronically.

B.C.C.-(Blind Carbon Copy)- Refers to the sending of a blind carbon copy of an email in way that it conceals other addresses that are attached to the original message.

Attachment –Refers to the sending of a message with an additional file sent along with email.

Spam- Refers to the use of electronic messaging system to send unsolicited bulk messages indiscriminately.

Netiquette- refers to Network Etiquette, Internet Etiquette that represents a set of social conventions that facilitate interactions over networks.
