There are a lot of characteristics that make any team to be a successful team, one of the main characteristic are knowledge, and knowledge is power that is why teams in Emirates are very successful, Emirates train its employees before they start their job, and after that they do training sessions, to update the employees and to refresh their knowledge.

The secound theory is BELBIN TEAM ROLES:

Belbin Team Roles are used to identify people's behavioral strengths and weaknesses in the workplace.
In this theory a team should be put together for a specific purpose. Each team member should be chosen to ensure that the correct balance of skill and behavior is achieved.

The nine team roles are:
1- Plant, where team tended to be highly creative and good at solving problems in unconventional ways.
2- Monitor Evaluator was needed to provide a logical eye, make impartial judgments.
3- Co-ordinators were needed to focus on the team’s objectives.

4- Resource Investigators when the team was at risk of becoming isolated and inwardly-focused.
5- Implementers were needed to plan a practical, workable strategy and carry it out as efficiently as possible.
6- Completer Finishers were most effectively used at the end of a task, to “polish” and scrutinise the work for errors.
7- Teamworkers helped the team to gel, using their versatility to identify the work required and complete it on behalf of the
