Diversity is a focus for my current employer on several levels within the organization and among third party vendors and suppliers. There are several mentor and Developed to Lead programs aimed at minorities and women. Underrepresented groups are encourage to apply for senior-level management positions.

Associates at every level are expected to participate in company sponsored and communities events that are geared toward embracing diversity. Ten percent of all salary associates’ evaluation is based on whether or not the associate participated in diversity event. My employer has many resources available to assist minorities and women in the workplace.
