Introduction
Globalisation represents freedom and free trade. It provides opportunities for widening international exchanges and strengthening mutual understanding between nations. However, the opportunities associate with the challenges for environment, such as climate change.

It will examine the benefits offered in the areas of increasing employment and in the field of multiculturalism, as well as the contradictions caused by the culture shock and unfair labor contracts.

1) Employment With the development of globalization, economic growth creates more jobs. For example, while people's incomes increase, the demand of vehicles raises dramatically. According to the data, building 60 million vehicles require the employment of about 9 million people. This is over 5% of the world’s total employments. Therefore, globalisation is conducive to raising the employment rate.
2) Free trade In addition, Globalisation is contribution to the development of free trade. It makes some local companies are no longer bound by the localization, which can develop into large-scale multinational enterprises. Meanwhile, the development of enterprises promote the deepening of globalisation, which makes the process of the world economy has entered a virtuous circle.

Globalisation has made the rich richer while making the non-rich poorer. It is wonderful for managers and investors, but hell on workers and nature.
