During my first attempts in English 101 and Psychology 101 I had family difficulties that held a strain in my academic performance. At the time My grandmother passed away and I took it very hard. I was also laid of that same year. This was a very stressful time in my life which in time I over came these obstacles. I have learned to ask for help when I need it, and to take advantage of all of my resources that are available to me to help me achieve my goals during my semester.
