Episode 10 titled the best defense is a good defense. This episode mostly takes place at the courtroom with Christina Gutierrez, who is questioning Jay. Christina puts her all efforts to bring all Jay’s lies. She put Jay on pressure to accept that he commits the crime because all the material was used in the crime was his including the shovels, the boots and clothes. Over the cross examination Jay gets very nervous couple time. Christina said he sounds like deceived me. Also, this episode share the thought of Adnan’s parents and his Muslim community that Adnan is innocent and anti-Muslim prejudice is the only reason he was arrested. Overall, episode 10 is very serious and boring versus episode one. In episode 10 included lots of useless stories
