Mexico has a very unique culture. There are various kinds of food in this culture like chilaquiles, tostadas, elote, tacos, enchiladas etc. Mexico’s Folk art includes clay pottery, embroidered cotton garments, Wool shawls and outer garments with angular designs, colorful baskets and rugs. People in Mexico usually travel by buses, metros, private cars, trains, taxis. Mexicans dress conservatively such as shined hair shoes and well groomed hair are important to them. Mexico is divided into numerous regions Many subcultures are found in Mexico, some of the interesting ones are Emos,Goths and Punks. Class system is a part of Mexican culture and people tend to be comfortable with their counterparts north of the border with existing class stratification into good families, powerful positions, and other social and workplace distinctions. Mexican families has a strong foundation in unity. People usually live with their children even when they age. Mexicans feel very strong about responsibilities toward their families which includes immediate and extended family like uncles, aunts and cousins, even close friends.

In this country gender equality is an issue, therefore, mens and womens have very different roles, It ranks high in masculinity. Most top positions in business or other jobs are held by men's and they are also the head of the families, they

Their concept of personal distance is very close, people stand very close to each other compared to the United States. Where in US two people usually stand with a distance of arm length in Mexico they would stand approximately three to four inches closer than in the United States. Mexico is a very haptic, touching, culture. Their touching behavior is extensive Back-patting, greeting, hugs between men as well as women, and handshake using both hands often reaching to the arm are some common workplace
