You would want to ask yourself: who wrote this page? Are there copyright credits? Are there links to organizations? Can you verify the authors credentials? These are questions that need to be asked and have answers to use the site.
Upon evaluating CHADD the first step was to look for accuracy on the website. The general public can establish what type of website CHADD is and they would be able to establish whether the facts presented on CHADD were correct.
