Freedom for all or freedom for some? After our nation in 1789 has won its independence we still have a few minor setbacks and a huge debate of whether we should add a bill of rights or not. I firmly believe we do not need a bill of rights. Bill of Rights would only make people think they have no basic human rights as the bill of rights consist of specific individuals rights and freedom of the people. It’s very to say the least useless. The Constitution itself is good the way it is.
The reason I state that the adding a bill of rights is absolutely unneeded for is the idea that “Publius, Federalist No 84” has stated in his letter, “For why declare that things shall not be done which there is no power to do?” That is why it is unneeded because Publius explains how these things won’t happen anyways because there is no possibility that it can happen or someone can make it happen. Although in the article “Anti-Federalist No. 84 by Brutus” states “..it is not necessary, for this purpose that individuals should relinquish all their natural rights.” in my understanding, I believe that

We also didn’t like the way they controlled but here we are again trying to choose what people have the rights to do. furthermore Publius states “Is it object declare and specify the political privileges of the citizens in the structure and administration of the government?” (Federalist No.84, Publius) Publius explains how the Bill of Rights isn’t seen as a great thing it’s seem as someone is controlling their political views and revoking their privileges making them feel as they are less than somebody.
