It’s a problem I see a lot. Often, people double up on foods, supplements, cosmetics, household products, and more that are “natural”. One reason they do this is because they feel that item poses less of a risk to their health.

In many cases, this is true. Purging your life of preservatives and plastics can have a positive influence on your wellbeing.
