Should a thirteen year old that murder a fifty five year old Detroit barber be charged as an adult? , sentencing juveniles to life in prison for murder and other serious offenses, children over twelve should go to prison for murder and other serious offenses they should still give them a chance to reform their life as they are so young, and also the crime will remain the same no matter who commits it, for horrible crimes like murder juveniles should be sentenced to life without a parole.
