“Physical inactivity is said to be as the fourth leading risk factor for global mortality that is 6% death globally, being named the biggest public crisis of the 21st century.”
Let’s take a moment to comprehend this, this means an estimate of 3.2 million deaths globally and still increasing, a number to reflect back on and an understatement people are oblivious to.
Physical inactivity (lack of physical activity) is partly due to insufficient participation in any sort of physical activity during leisure time as well as an increase in sedentary behavior throughout life, a barrier mostly seen in the 21st century.

The risk of developing heart diseases is often accompanied with physical inactivity; the chances of developing high cholesterol levels are increased in person with physical inactivity and coronary blood flow is mostly impaired due to high cholesterol levels. Exercise helps lower LDL cholesterol levels (the bad cholesterol), and helps to increase HDL cholesterol levels, the good cholesterol that helps to protect against heart diseases.
