Background
Australia is a multicultural country and has the world’s number one education system. It’s clear that people from all around the world also living here and this is common problem that racism exists in every society of the world. However every country faces the problem about racism and laws formed by government are not practiced anywhere in societies, so the people have no fear about it. Racism exists in many forms. It involves situations like when a person treats another person differently because of his colour, community, society and country. This is also discriminated women is treated badly on workplaces because of their gender. Furthermore, a researcher from Deakin Universityconclude that racism discrimination act has not potential to stop racism but we can weakening it by “create a kind of environments where a thinking starts in people that its ok to be racist”. In present time racism is reducing by 40% since 2007-08.last year 40% of Asians faced racism even on social networking sites this all tells a story about some groups are bigger racial targets than other like Asia. There is a news I read on newspaper that an Asian girl travelling on a bus and sitting near Australian women and that lady asked to girl that are you from Asia? Because of her skin, she replied yes then that women beaten her badly, she was drunken. However she did not charged with any police case because of less evidence. Along to this wearing a turban and a beard have made many Sikhs a target of racism on the basis of terrorists. Moreover half of Australians are raciest towards aborigines. These are not a surprising statics because Australia have high migrant intake from different countries. Every culture is good and bad; most of them can’t be levelled just because of their skin
