This wrestling season I expect myself to work harder than ever before. I expect myself to get better daily from how hard i will be working in the wrestling room. I very much so expect my self to beat out whoever is in my weight class, and earn a letter this season. If I was a leader for this team I would guide us all in the same direction. I would tell the team to stay on task, and to focus, and most importantly not to be goofing off when it’s time to work hard and get better. The types of foods that are bad for you is stuff that has artificial flavorings such as juices, and candies. Foods that are good for you is meats, eggs, salad and to eat the right amount of protein according to your body. The least amount of hours a wrestler should be getting is about 8 hours. The last time i placed at tournament was in the 7th grade. So that means I have alot of physical, and mental work to do this season. This wrestling season i expect an undefeated season. Every guy on this team has the capability to do so. There is great potential coming from these group of guys so I expect the most out of them. Everyday that we are in the wrestling room, I look around and you can see all the potential. As long as guys are not goofing around and mentally flip the switch in their heads, then all these others teams better look out. I expect this coaching staff to challenge each wrestler to work harder than ever before. The coaches teach the kids mental and physical things to do on the mat, and things they can apply to their lifes. When a coach sees that kids are goofing off in the wrestling room, or are not drilling before a match, I expect the coach to give them rewards. It is gonna teach them to stay on task, and it will also make them a better wrestler. If i were a coach i would tell my athletes everyday to make sure they are checking their weight, and watching what they
