When therapist met with the client's mother at home, therapist did check in client's mother reporting any behavioral issues or conflict at home or at school and client's mother reported that she is sometimes fighting with her siblings at home around toys. Client's mother reported that she was not fighting too much this week compared to last week because she was able to use some of her coping skills and she can use alternative activities to do instead of get involved in a conflict. Client's mother reported that client became more hyperactive, had a negative attitude, and does not listen to her since she was at her father's home last vacation which made her have behavioral consequences.
