Ethical Platform Each and every decision that an executive makes involving their school will have an impact on the students, teachers, parents, and support staff. Since these decisions impact so many individuals, executives are expected to make decisions that reflect the shared values and ethics of the community. They have an ethical responsibility to develop a framework that will guide their students in becoming more successful and accomplished in a larger society. Future executives must be committed to building and adhering to a moral framework and to inspiring others to do the same. Executives need to serve all members of the school community. Teachers and students look to the executive as the model for the school vision. Administrators must be committed to collaboration and communication in order to ensure that their ethical platform receives buy in from all stakeholders.
