I will never forget this day on June 07, 2014, I was faced with a difficult decision regarding an ethical quandary. I was working in the 3-4-year-old children’s room alongside the lead teacher Mrs. Swansboro. Every morning Mrs. Swansboro greets the parents and the students as they walk through the door, but as soon as the parents leave her whole demeanor changes. Sometimes Mrs. Swansboro will say that she is tired of greeting the parents and the bad little children. On this day in questioning I was beginning to become bothered at a Mrs. Swansboro’s; open hostility and cruelty towards some of the children when me and her are working alone.
