In the early 16th and 17th century the Europeans believed they can help the Native Americans people with a culture upgrade. Because they saw the Native Americans like savages and they believed their ideas toward Native American gods were evil. When the Europeans came across the Native Americans they were astonished with their culture because there ways were so simple. In reality the Native Americans were doing very well on their own, they hunted animals for food and clothing and only obtained what the tribe needed. When the Europeans arrived with the Native American they noticed women were the leaders of the tribes. The impact of Europeans on Native American culture brought many good and bad changes for both parties. A few good benefits for the Native American were they received cows and pigs, and horses to make hunting easier on them. The Native Americans hunting consisted of buffalo, which at times it took days to traps and kill them. Once they arrived to the village with the buffalo the Native Americans leader was in charge of preparing the meal. The bad outcome for the Native Americans was that by allowing the Europeans into their tribe it opened a door for disease like smallpox which caused a lot of Native Americans to die. Because their immune system was not strong enough to fight these diseases off. As the Native Americans perished the little that were left behind began to move away because the Europeans were spreading all over their land. Not before the Europeans took advantage they took potatoes, corn, and tobacco back home. As time passed the Europeans also took metals of different kind back with them to sell for a profit. Once the majority of the Native Americans had died, they turned to take over as much land as they could get their hands
